Hello to Lynnae and Julieanne! Both of you have been kind in your words about my family's Fundamentals eCourse, our online course in traditional cooking. I appreciate you very much.

I would like to respond to the statement that Julieanne made: "... now, because our fees reimbursed Wardeh for her expenses, she is willing to promote her eCourse by donation."

While kindly meant, this statement is not accurate. The first people to take the eCourse have NOT subsidized all who will take it later.

Quite simply, what we've done is change the format from here on out so all users have the freedom to determine the value of the eCourse for themselves and their families. We are asking all to donate based on what the experience is worth and according to what they can afford.

We expect some will pay more than the first group did, and we expect some will pay less. Regardless of the individual amounts, we pray that all will give back, in order that we can continue providing the service.

Thank you for listening. I look forward to working with you, learning with you, and praising God with you for His good, good food.

Hi, Lynnae!

Just wanted to add a comment about how wonderful Wardeh's eCourse has been for our family!

We still eat out once in a while and buy a few processed foods, but remarkably, the way we eat now is so much healthier. Wardeh is a personal friend of mine, living about 30 minutes away from us, and I can testify that she has literally spent thousands of hours developing her entire website and eCourse over the last 4-5 years.

Please keep in mind when signing up for the eCourse that just because it is "by donation" doesn't mean that it is free. Those of us who were in the first group to take the eCourse actually paid quite a bit to take the eCourse; now, because our fees reimbursed Wardeh for her expenses, she is willing to promote her eCourse "by donation". Please joyfully consider a donation that is worthy of what she has made for her eCourse. You will receive 14 amazing and easy-to-follow lessons, all at once, with week by week reminders, a busy forum where people answer questions, videos to explain many of the procedures, and much more.

If this eCourse was sold at Barnes & Noble, with an included DVD containing the videos, it would probably sell for around $75, so please keep that in mind while donating generously to all that Wardeh has done.

She hopes to continue to receive enough donations so that she can upload many more lessons to the eCourse in the future!

Thank you, Lynnae, for helping get the word out about the GNOWFGLINS eCourse. It's a funny name...but it's an amazing set of lessons on eating well!

Well hey! Thanks for the link.

I've read part of Nourishing Traditions and I do think it's a bit overwhelming to implement. I think that ecourse sounds really helpful!
