I have one word for migraines: Magnesium.
A magnesium supplement – taken ONLY as needed – can replace migraine medication entirely. I’ve seen it in action. It also works for occassional headaches. If a person is having headaches that aren’t classified as “migraine”, it’ll still work, but that person is probably also suffering from dehydration, a common cause of “normal headaches”.
I believe that the best Magnesium supplement is from “Now” product line (www.now-u-2.com), available online or perhaps at your local health food store.
Nip those headaches in the bud!
I’m so sorry! I’ve gotten migraines since I was about 8 years old, and my dad has down migraine research for a good 20 years now. Take some medicine, curl up in bed, close the blinds, and try to sleep it off!
