		<description>Our family favorite is &quot;Leftover Turkey Pie&quot;...
Take stuffing and press it into a pie plate - like a crust.
Then put a layer of mashed potatoes in it and spread it
up the sides also.
Add a small layer of vegetables, if desired.
Then a layer of chopped up turkey meat.
Top with some gravy.
Cover with saran wrap and place in the refrig, or even the freezer if wanted.
To serve - we usually just cut out a pie shaped wedge, put it on
a plate, and nuke it.   Or you can heat it up, under tin foil, in the oven.

My son had me teach his wife how to make this - as it was the one thing he really wanted made out of his leftover turkey dinner :)</description>
