		<description>Hard to believe our state is at the bottom of the list when most folks I know here in moo-town are just tickled pink with happiness.

I wonder if it is because of the large numbers living in the cities - I&#039;d like to see the happiness index divide between the rural and city.... then maybe there&#039;d be a bigger difference.     

I for one am happy!   No debt, let alone mortgage debt. No foreclosure - obviously with no debt... and no unemployment for me....  However, if I look at a relative who lives in the big city.... he&#039;s had all 3.... therein lies the difference!</description>
