January hasn't been the best for me in terms of my new year goals, so I have to sit down and rethink what I'm doing in February in order to be successful. I normally look at my goals when I accomplish one, so I think readdressing them more often is a great idea - one I should have done without a prompt, but hey, I let life interfere with that and it's something I'm working on! ;) But, congratulations on the progress you're making! I'm especially interested to see how the 'no fast food for a year' turns out!
