New Feature: Ask the M-Network

The M-Network is rolling out an exciting new feature today!  We’re opening up the M-Network for reader questions!

This is exciting because the M-Network is composed of 8 different personal finance bloggers, from 8 different backgrounds, with 8 different perspectives.  So whether you’re married, single, have kids, or have no kids…whether you’re a stay at home mom or a working dad, chances are someone in the M-Network will understand where you’re coming from.

The M-Network is made up of the following blogs:

• Cash Money Life
• Gather Little by Little
• I’ve Paid for This Twice Already
• Moolanomy
• Mrs. Micah
• My Two Dollars
• Plonkee Money
• and me, Being Frugal.net

Here’s how it’s going to work.  Use my contact form to email me a question.  Make sure you put “Ask the M-Network” in the subject line, so I know it’s not a question for me, but a question for the M-Network.  I’ll pose the question to members of the M-Network and post their responses here.

There are a few things to keep in mind.

• Not all questions will be answered. Depending on the response to this new feature, it may not be possible to feature all questions.
• Questions will be answered publicly on my blog (or on whatever M-Network blog you posed your question).  Questions and answers become the property of the M-Network.  If your question is featured, you will be emailed a link to the blog post with the answers.
• Questions will be answered by some, but not all, of the M-Network members.
• If your question is featured, we will not post your first and last name or email address. We will post whatever name you indicate in the contact form.  If you use your first and last name, only your first name will be used.
• I won’t sell your email address or use it for spam.

Now that you know the basics, what are you waiting for?  If you have a personal finance or frugality related question, contact me, and I’ll post it to the M-Network right away.  And depending on response, I hope to run an “M-Network Answers” post once every week or two!

If you can’t think of a question right now, but have a question down the line, I will keep an “Ask the M-Network” button in my sidebar, which will connect you to a contact form.

Speaking of my sidebar, I’ve posted a widget with the audio from my first Frugal Coast2Coast radio show with Jenn Fowler of Frugal Upstate.  The show was lots of fun, and we even had a special caller at the end….Flylady!  I’m a big fan of Flylady, so that made my day!
