What strikes me is how organized you are in your goals. Clearly something you are used to doing. As a pf blogger myself, understanding SEO is also one of my goals, though it is hard to balance “SEO” posts vs real/experiential posts.

This is a great post, once again. You give yourself credit for the successes you’ve created, and do not blame yourself if all of your goals were not met. Buying a home is a major undertaking, and now that you’re settling in, there will be a lot of opportunities to build success on success. You clearly demonstrate that meeting goals is a journey, not just a destination. I do not hesitate to recommend your blog to friends who need encouragement, and this post is an excellent illustration of that. I can’t wait to see what the new year holds…

Congrats on a great year!

I think that burning the budget and eating out are just part of moving – especially to a new house. That’s just the way it is.

If you were to move every 6 months then you could probably budget properly since you would know more details and costs about the process. However, I think moving is best done as infrequently as possible. :)

And remember, goals are meant to be adjusted and fine tuned!
As long as you are heading in the direction you think you need to be,
