It's awesome to be able to hear you on Blog Talk Radio. I already listen to the Flylady on Blog Talk Radio. I look forward to hearing your show. Some topics I would like are saving money using coupons at grocery stores and pharmacies, expecially CVC and their extra care bucks program. Thanks for all you do and lets all be frugal in 2009.

Congrats!
Wow, there are so many topics possible! In addition to what's in other comments, it would be great for you to work with the reality that people with a need to be frugal come in different situations: single folks, couples with kids, single parents with young kids, college students, newly working young adults, empty nesters, seniors whose income has dropped. Everyone may have a need to be frugal but have a very different idea of what that means, so "layers" of frugality could be helpful, too (eg, those who need to drop HBO from their cable vs. those who need to drop cable altogether)
Looking forward to this!

Congrats, Lynnae! I think that the most important thing you can talk about is the how tos. There is lots of promotion about saving money and becoming debt free. People want to do it but most don't know where to start. How to garden, how to make your own stuff, how to save for your emergency fund, how to invest, etc. They were the articles that helped me the most... well mixed with personal stories because it's so important to know you aren't alone.

Congrats!
For January - things that go with doing your taxes... like setting up your financial asset sheet while you have all the records available and posting your goals. Free seed catalogs and the library for dreaming about your edible landscaping and frugal gardening tips.

How doing for yourself (scratch cooking, sewing, gardening, painting, etc) can keep you from spending money. How self-education into do it yourself skills can help.

How frugality is a matter of attitude... how you have to be able to change your own mind and decide to do what is best for you and yours without worrying about what the rest of the world thinks about what you are doing.

Going back to basics. Where to find the best buys online. Links to other sites. Freebies.

How frugality and green can work together.

Energy/electric savings this time of year.

Enjoy! And great luck with it!
