Friday Linkfest: Bentonville Edition

by Lynnae on October 10, 2008 · 6 comments

As you are reading this, I will be hanging out with other bloggers learning the ins and outs of the Walmart Corporation.  And I’ll be visiting Arkansas for the first time!  I can’t wait to tell you all about it!

News of Note

There’s still time to enter my contest for the FLIP digital camcorder!  Keep those frugal tips coming!  And you’re not going to want to miss the chance to win.  The FLIP is so convenient.  Just Tuesday night, my daughter was a speaker at “Author’s Night” at her school.  I forgot my camera, but my FLIP was in my purse, and I videotaped the whole thing!

The Frugal Roundup

Since I’m hanging out with the other mom bloggers from Walmart’s “Eleven Moms” Campaign, I thought I’d bring you some great posts from the ladies I’ll be meeting with today!

For those of you who are counting, you probably noticed there are 15 moms, including me.  Our Eleven Moms group is growing, and it’s very exciting!

I can’t wait to get back and tell you all about my trip!  See ya Monday!

Bentonville resident who doesn’t work for Wal-Mart, but a vendor services company. Hubby works for a poultry company. No Wal-Mart, but of course we shop there. Hope you had a great time and enjoyed our little piece of America!

Tried the link for the medic alert ID card – typed in the info and printed out just fine :)
Covered it with scotch tape, and put it in my wallet next to the Driver’s License, just like they suggested.
Thanks for the link!
