I’m headed to the Mercy Me/Casting Crowns concert this weekend!
Our appraisal should be on the way to the lender by noon today. Without discussing specific amounts, the appraisal was good…really good. We knew we were getting a good deal, but we’ll have about 20% equity in our home before we even put any work into it. I couldn’t be happier!

Congrats! It took us 2 years of payments and a re-appraisal for us to reach 20% equity. Sounds like you guys got one heck of a deal; now make the most of it. Get a little crazy and find some great deals for home improvement!

Ok, y’all. Being much younger than the rest I still don’t have plans to buy a house. Move to the country…definitely in our 3-5 year plan.
