Prayers Needed

I know I said I was taking the day off, but I just found out that Dylan, the young boy with leukemia whose story I’ve been following for the last year, passed away yesterday afternoon.

He leaves behind his mom and dad, and three younger brothers.  Please pray for them during this difficult time.  I cannot imagine the pain of losing a child, and I’m sure their grief must seem unbearable right now.

Thank you.

My prayers are with Dylan’s family. We have an almost 5 year old cousin who has been battling leukemia for more than half of his young life, so I can understand how much the whole family must be grieving. My heart goes out to them.

I’m very sorry to hear about that. In my work life, I’ve had about two dozen ill children I’ve worked with pass, as well as many more miscarriages and stillbirths, and they don’t get any easier. Best to him and his family.

My heart goes out to them and those close to them. I’ve watched friends say goodbye to their children and it is beyond heartbreaking.
