The voting is over and the winner of March Madness at Free Money Finance has been announced. And the winner is….drumroll please….Paitwice, with her post Snowflaking: A Primer! Congratulations to Paidtwice, and the Make-a-Wish Foundation, which is the charity she was playing for. The Make-a-Wish Foundation will receive $500!
Thank you all who voted for my post How I Taught My Preschooler the Value of a Dollar! I’m honored to have come in second place, and there’s no way I would have gotten that far without all the votes from you! Because of you, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will be receiving $250!
The 3rd and 4th place finishes will each receive $100. They are:
- 8 Lessons I Learned From the Cheapest Family in the Nation by the Silicon Valley Blogger, who was playing for the American Cancer Society.
- A Little Too Late Advice on Building Wealth by Brip Blap, who was playing for the Russian Children’s Welfare Society.
Thanks to all who participated by entering posts and voting, and a HUGE thanks to Free Money Finance for hosting the tournament and donating the money to each of the charities!
