		<description>Ya there is not much need for all the expensive exercise equipment to get in shape.
Since you don&#039;t have room for any of it anyways I suggest exercises like running in place, high knees, skipping rope, push ups, pull ups, anything that uses your own body weight for muscle and strength and running/jumping for cardio.
Exercise eqipment can help but is definitely not needed.

		<description>Our family has made a commitment to exercise daily. As a family we either swim laps, if a pool is available, ride our bikes, or run/walk every day.  No, I&#039;m not a person who likes to exercise, and nor are my two young daughters, ages 5 and 9. My husband and I both work outside the home and really have to push ourselves to make time but it is well worth the effort.  If you have young children you can start out  10 - 15 minutes at a time and workup from there. You&#039;ll be amazed by the difference in your relationship with your children by devoting this much of your time strictly to exercising with them. At first there maybe some complaints, but after a few weeks and the routine has been sustained you&#039;ll find a new dialogue has been established between you.</description>

I try to WALK as much as I can - you are supposed to put in 30 min. per day - so that&#039;s my target figure...You can also wear a pedometer and track your 10,000 steps per day. 		<description>Definitely a jump rope.  I bought mine for about 3.99, and you can do it inside the house if you have hard floors and a moderate space.  It&#039;s not so good on carpeting, but if you have a patio you can also do it there.  Jump roping is also very concentrated cardio, so you can cross train by switching back and forth between jump roping and crunches.</description>

		<description>i work at a 12 storey building so at morning tea or lunch i climb up to the top floor and walk down. also  i download ford model yoga from itune. i find it useful as its short but broken down to different focus areas, and its free.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve got a bum ankle, so running isn&#039;t an option for me.  I picked a Walmart bike not too long ago because I thought I was being frugal.  It isn&#039;t the most comfortable bike, and if I had it to do over I would probably save up and get a custom fit.  For the most part I walk/hike for exercise, and go for short bike rides (5-10 miles) to supplement.</description>
