Roundups

Money Matters for All Ages

Make sure you download your free copy of Money Matters for All Ages!

The week is already half over! Can you believe it? Maybe it’s just me, but it seems that time is flying this week!

Today I’m happy to announce the release of the free e-book, Money Matters for All Ages. You may remember this series from last month. It was a collective effort of 16 bloggers, writing about money management throughout the ages, from infants to retirees.

We’ve put all the posts together into a free e-book, so you don’t have to go searching all over the blogosphere to find the information you need! Feel free to visit my new downloads page and download your copy! I also have a link on my sidebar (in the Useful Tools section), so if you don’t have time to download your copy now, you can find the page later.

On to the carnivals! I participated in three and hosted one this week. No wonder the week has been flying by. I’ve been busy with the carnivals! :)

The Carnival of Personal Finance was hosted by Broke Grad Student, and my post What Are You Paying For? was included. Go check out the pictures Broke Grad Student used in the carnival. They took me back to my college years, for sure!

The Festival of Frugality was hosted by No Credit Needed. He included my post When Buying On Sale Isn’t Frugal. There are lots of good posts on frugality here, so be sure to head over!

A brand new carnival, the Money Hacks Carnival, was held at Prime Time Money this morning. My post You Tell Me: Where Do You Find The Deals? was included. There was a great turnout for the first edition. I’m hosting the second edition right here next week, so submit your money hack posts right here. Any finance and money related articles (as long as they aren’t spam) are welcome. I know you all write some good stuff, so get those submissions in! I’d love for the carnival to be huge next week! In the meanwhile, check out the current carnival!

And finally, in case you missed it, I hosted the Carnival of Debt Reduction this week. If you didn’t see it, boogie on over and check it out!

That’s it for the carnival roundup! Check back tomorrow morning for a post on the big bad “b” word: Budgeting. :)

    Hi,

I would love to get a copy of the ebook, but I’m not finding it for download on the page you link to. Am I just missing the really obvious, or is something not working on the site?

    Thanks!

m_s - It’s working for me. Go to this page:
    http://beingfrugal.net/?page_i.....791ce6752b
and click the big green download button. Let me know if it’s still not working, and I’ll look into it some more.

Thanks - still not working for me. I turned off AdBlock in case that was the problem, but still no joy. I don’t see a ‘big green download button’ - when I click on ‘Money matters for all ages’ under the useful tools list on the right, it links me to the ‘About’ page, but I don’t see any download button…

  5. Lynnae Says:

Hmmm. The about page. It shouldn’t be going there. Let me check on a few things.

Ok, I *think* I have it fixed now. Tell me if you’re still going to the About page. Thanks for letting me know about the problem. Since it’s working for me, I never would have known.
