Planning a weekly or monthly menu is such a great idea for families, especially if you are busy! It save major bucks too!

In the winter, I love to do make ahead soups and stews and freeze them, perfect for days when I have less time to prepare a meal for everyone.

I have issues keeping snack from getting gobbles up too, so I just buy those weekly along with the perishable items.

My favorite night is leftover night, which is always the night before my shopping day (Usually Tuesdays)
