Weekend Roundup – It’s a New Month Edition

by Lynnae on November 3, 2007 · 7 comments

I love beginnings! The beginning of a new season, the beginning of a new month, the beginning of a new year…. It’s a chance to learn from your mistakes and start over. A chance to do better. Not that I beat myself up about my mistakes, but I love a fresh start and a new challenge.

And the new month is starting off well here at Being Frugal. I went from 326 subscribers on Thursday to 404 subscribers yesterday. I just want to take a moment to thank all of my subscribers and my readers who don’t subscribe. I love the conversation that happens here on the blog. I love getting to know my readers, and I love the ideas and suggestions you come up with! So thank you!

Now on to the roundup.

From around the blogosphere:

From the M-Network:

It’s our first weekend without soccer practice in a long time, so I will be sleeping in as this post goes up. (Yes, I wrote this on Friday). Enjoy the read, and have a great weekend!

Nice roundup. Talking about Walmart. I order some baby stuff online, and later found out from Citibank fraud group that someone charge over a $1,000 on electronics as well. Good thing Citibank fraud protection is great.
