Weekend Roundup - I Have a Cold Edition

Roundups

I can tell school’s been in session for about a month and the weather is changing.  It’s usually around this time of year that we start coming down with colds, and this year is no exception.  That’s OK.  It’s not a bad cold.  Yet anyway.  I may change my mind after spending a few hours in the freezing cold watching the kids play soccer today.  :)

I know you’re all waiting for the roundup, so I’ll get right to it.  Here are my favorites.

From the M-Network

From Around the Rest of the Web

That will keep you busy for a while!  And just a reminder of a couple of big events coming up here Monday.  First, I will be hosting the Carnival of Debt Reduction.  If you’ve written a blog post having to do with reducing debt this week, be sure to submit your article to the carnival here.  I’d love to see some newer blogs participate, as well as the carnival regulars!

Also, the members of the M-Network will be revealing their best and worst financial decisions on Monday.  That should make for some good reading!

Thanks for the link! You’re not alone, we have the cold thing going through our house too! Keeping Kleenex in business ;-)

We too have had colds going through the house, I am the last one trying to shake it off.

We love soccer at our house,dh coaches dd 14s team and he is also the vice president for our district. Both of our girls play outdoor soccer durring the summer months and they also play durring the winter months at school for indoor soccer.I understand completely about when it is either too hot or too cold outside.

Thanks for the links and I hope that you can get rid of that cold sooner than later :)

I’m sorry you are sick, I had a cold a few weeks ago (isn’t it kind early for colds anyway? I thought that stuff wasn’t supposed to start until it was actually cold outside)

I tried submitting to the carnival but since blogs and I don’t get along I of course had a problem. It said the link to article couldn’t be found? I might give it another try.

Hey, Erin, I’m on my way out the door, but if you can’t get your submission in through the form, contact me through my contact page with your link, and I’ll be glad to make sure you get in.
