I know this is a late comment, but try a NASCAR cupcake! Here's the recipe from one of the NASCAR promotions about three years ago. I think it was called SuperSpeedway Cupcakes.
Make cupcakes as usual (white, yellow, whatever).
Place a small circle of white icing in the middle of the cupcake. (You might want an icing piper bag)
Frost the edges of the cupcake in chocolate icing.
It looks like a tire. Now here is how to finish it off:
Chocolate chip in the middle of the white circle for the axle.
Five silver dots placed around the chocolate chip but still on the white circle for lugnuts.
We make this cupcake pattern every year to take to our NASCAR tailgate party at Michigan International Speedway.

Boomeyers, I'm going to have to check into that crockpot french dip recipe. I love French Dip Sandwiches!

Paula, I love that you can change the number of servings easily too! I use that feature ALL the time! I also like that you can print recipes in different sizes to fit your needs.

Allrecipes is my all time favorite! I love how you can change the serving amount and it cuts the recipe down for you. Nice for a math loser like me.

I've got to check out the crock pot blogs. You have a ton of good links!

I did that last year. Yes, he's been into racing that long now. I may do it again, but if I can come up with something different, I'd like to give it a try.
