Does anyone really fall for this?

Quotes from my email junk folder:

“Cash in Ur Account: Your cash advance is ready 2 be deposited.”

“EMERGENCY CASH: YOUR CHECK HAS FINNALY ARRIVED”

“Application Accepted: These funds will be transferred to Ur account…”

I have a hard time believing any reputable financial institution will be putting cash into “Ur” account, or that they would mis-spell finally. Still, somebody must be falling for it, or these scams wouldn’t exist.
