I changed the name of one of my labels in G Mail, and put my incoming bills into it. It is near the top of the list, so it will be no problem to refer to. Just to encourage you further, I "thought" I needed a printer. I'd just returned to the US after years as a teacher abroad. I bought a printer after much comparison shopping and picking the brains of many IT types. I got it with one spare cartridge @ $30. I haven't need to print since I bought it because I manage to "save" and retrieve info in my Internet based email folders or my flash (USB) drive. I still have a fresh ream of paper never opened! Having lost data in system crashes myself, I can tell you that you want to avoid that all costs. Especially with financial data. I just finished in my bedroom/bathroom. Wow. And I thought I was pretty good about decluttering the last few years with Flylady.
