It’s been a lazy Sunday, and to tell you the truth, I didn’t feel like cooking last night. In the past, it would have been tempting to send my husband out for takeout. I almost asked him to pick something up. Then I thought about having to write a post saying I had only made it a week without eating out. Eating takeout suddenly didn’t sound so good.
I ended up making a pizza with ingredients we had on hand. Everyone loved it, it took 10 minutes to make, and cleanup is relatively easy. And the best thing is, we didn’t spend any extra money!

Congrats Lynnae!!!
Sometimes those throw together dinners are actually pretty good. One of my new favorite things to eat is “garbage plate”, which is just ground meat/breakfast sausage, fries or hash browns, cheese, and fried eggs. I also am in love with tater tot casserole. Of all things LOL. Can you believe I never had tatertot casserole as a kid?
Yay for you Lynnae! I saw this right after commenting on your most current post. Now I’m all encouraged to do what you just accomplished last week.
Good for you. We don’t do take out much (ok, hardly ever), but we do enjoy eating out. I’ve been doing pretty well the past 2 months about cutting down on our eating out. Some days it is hard though.
Some days it’s really hard! But we’ve made it 13 days now! And I have all of you to thank for the encouragement. :)
