		<description>I really hope they get this turned around for you.  I can&#039;t imagine going without our libraries, we are there two and three times each week.  Hours and staffing changed awhile back when funding was cut and they now charge a yearly membership to out-of-state patrons. (we live just across the line)  I don&#039;t mind the $20, it&#039;s still cheaper than a bookstore.

		<description>People around here do think they&#039;re important.  Unfortunately I think the powers that be thought the libraries would be a good bargaining chip to raise taxes, and it backfired.  I&#039;m sure the libraries will reopen at some point.  The politicians just need a new plan.  :)</description>
