It’s that time again! I love reading all the financial blogs out there. Some stories encourage me, some posts just offer great advice, and all of the posts keep me motivated and focused on repaying my debt. Here are a few of my favorite posts from the week.
Flexo at Consumerism Commentary gives us steps to build a better snowball. I’m always looking for tips to make the debt repayment go faster.
An article at Free Money Finance asks if your checking account is really free. Fortunately I can say that mine is, except for the cost of checks, which I buy at Walmart.
Meredith at Like Merchant Ships blogged about making Tupperware Bento for lunch. It’s much cheaper than McDonald’s and much healthier, too!
My Money Blog had a great post about saving for your own home.
Finally, find out if you’re really ready to get out of debt at the No Credit Needed blog.

Thanks for the tip about Wal-Mart selling checks! I would have paid out the wazoo to get replacements from my bank!
