		<description>It happens all the time.  I generally stop giving advice at that point, because it becomes obvious that the person is more interested in complaining than fixing things.</description>

		<description>I hear you there.  Do you ever have this happen to you-&lt;br/&gt;Someone is telling you their bad situation (mainly about money).  You have either been there, or you haven&#039;t.  You give them advice- it&#039;s either what you have done in that situation, or it&#039;s what you know you would do if you were in that situation.  The person then makes some excuse about why they &quot;can&#039;t&quot; and it mainly has to do with comfort.  Then, you are like, well, that&#039;s what I would do (or did do)so sorry, I can&#039;t help you....</description>
